For availing of the optional holiday, drop an email or connect with your immediate Reporting Manager. Please ensure your current ongoing assignments are not affected by the leaves taken.
For optional leaves you also need to apply on Pause (Leave management tool) with a minimum of 7 days of prior intimation with approval from your manager
Though the list is in alignment with the respective region publication, this may undergo minor changes subject to local observations for the year 2024. In the event of any change in the list, suitable intimation regarding the same will be given over an email or on Slack.
No substitute holiday will be given if any of the festivals happens to fall on a weekly off or any non-working day.
