To ensure a fair and unbiased work environment, Kuku FM does not allow managers and their direct reportees to be related by blood, marriage, or close personal relationships. This policy helps prevent conflicts of interest, favoritism, and personal biases.

It applies to all levels of the company. If any such relationship exists, it must be reported to the Head of HR immediately. Steps will be taken to avoid situations where related employees are in roles that could create actual or perceived bias, such as during hiring, referrals, performance reviews, or PIPs.
