We use OKR framework to organise our workforce towards business mission. A lot has been already shared and written on OKR methodology and framework so we will not re-write those. What’s important for you to know is that you should be able to see how is your work aligned with business goals.
Do note that hierarch on org structure and OKR are not related and no matter which level KR you own, your work is very important.
