Overview

One of the best ways to find great talent is by our current employees referring potential candidates. If you know someone who would be a fit for an open position, and whom you would enjoy working with, please refer.

The referral incentive is a minimum of INR 25,000(up to INR 1,00,000 subject to the role decided by the hiring manager).

This pay-out is one time only. Referral Policy is not applicable to Hiring Managers who are building /scaling their own teams, however any references/leads for other Business Functions will be eligible for the referral fee.

How to refer

To refer an employee, you can share an email along with resume and position detail to the TA team, simultaneously just go to kukufm.com/careers, click on the option of employees(top nav bar), log in using your official email id and click on the refer button against the role you want to offer and fill out the details of the person you want to refer.

Eligibility for referral bonus

• Any active employee, consultant, or intern at the time of referral and bonus payment date is eligible.
• The referrer will receive the referral bonus only if the referred candidate stays in the system for at least 3 months from the date of joining.
• This incentive will be recoverable if the referred person part ways with the company before completing a year.
• If the same candidate is referred through multiple channels (external and internal sources) then the only source through which the referral is received first, will be valid.
• If you are referring for your own department, you are not eligible for referral bonus.
