Since we are remote working company, this section is largely obsolete. However, we strongly recommend to do all meetings with camera on. So, if you are coming to the office space, or taking part in any call either to participate in office meetings, with customers or with vendors, do follow these:
We don’t have any kind of formal dress code in the office, we do expect everyone to be presentable to clients and to each other. Feel free to dress comfortably and authentically according to your own style, religion, or gender expression. We have team members who dress in jean and t-shirts for meetings, others who have tattoos and dyed hair and leading teams. Kurta’s and Sarees are as welcome as Suits and Skirts but at the end of the day, we all should be presentable.
When meeting with customer, vendors or team mates (either in person or on video calls), we lean towards the more formal end of our casual spectrum. For example, if you usually wear t-shirts, when meeting wear your nice t-shirt.
